Filmmaker and visual artist Emmanuelle Antille (*1972) continues her exploration of extraordinary worlds—initiated with her film The Wonder Way—through a series of exhibitions devoted to the creative process and the singular universes it generates. Following presentations at the Manoir de la Ville de Martigny and the Centre d’art contemporain d’Yverdon-les-Bains (CACY), the Musée Jenisch Vevey now hosts The Wonder Way Project, the third instalment in this exhibition cycle.

Subtitled Les labyrinthes et les mondes oubliés (Labyrinths and Forgotten Worlds), the exhibition explores themes of wandering, traces, and erasure, shedding light on vanished artistic worlds, inaccessible or abandoned treasures, and unrealised—or irretrievably lost—universes. On this occasion, Emmanuelle Antille presents a new, site-specific installation, brought into dialogue with a selection of prints and drawings from the museum’s collection, as well as works by associated artists.

An exhibition curated by Marie Gaitzsch, Curator of Fine Arts.
