The filmmaker and visual artist Emmanuelle Antille (*1972) continues the exploration – begun with her film *The Wonder Way* – of extraordinary worlds through a series of exhibitions focusing on the creative process and the extraordinary worlds it generates. Following the Manoir de la Ville de Martigny and the Centre d’art contemporain d’Yverdon-les-Bains (CACY), it is now the turn of the Musée Jenisch Vevey to host The Wonder Way Project, the third instalment in the series. Subtitled ‘Labyrinths and Forgotten Worlds’, this exhibition explores the themes of wandering, traces and erasure, highlighting vanished artistic worlds, inaccessible or abandoned treasures, unrealised universes or those lost forever. For this occasion, Emmanuelle Antille presents a brand-new installation that she sets in dialogue with a selection of prints and drawings from the museum’s collection, as well as works by associated artists.
